1. Mechanics design

2. Material supply system

3. Injection volum control

5. Security design

6. Circuit board design
A full-scale oil system is adopted. The noise is low and the pressure is adjusted automatically and proportionally. It is very accurate and stable.
7.Features
1)The control system provides three stages (multiple stages) of injection rates and pressures and two stages of pressure holding to meet different requirements of stock for the injection condition. The electronic position scale is provided to give precise control, improving the injection accuracy.
2)The mold closing and takeout system has the three-stage mold separating and takeout unit. The upper segment of the mold can be opened fully up to the angle of 70กใ so that the mid segment can be separated easily, which makes the operation convenient.
