1) Features
1.Vacuum capacity

2. Mold opening design
A patent is granted for a new type rail mold opening. the opening angle is up to 90 degrees. It is very easy to operate. Another feature of the new rail mold opening is that there is no need to remove the base of the rail mold opening while replacing molds. It promotes the working efficiency and safety.
3. Mold loading/unloading design
Incorporating a special design into the mechanism of mold loading/unloading. It is durable, quiet, speedy and stable.
4. Hydraulic system design
The system employs both high and low pressure pumps and it can close both presses simultaneously. The system is quiet, reliable with minimum maintenance required.
5. Alignment
Two speeds of mold calibration are provided for users to choose from: fast or slow. It makes the calibration more safe and more accurate.
